After receiving that email is what prompt me to search to see what the reviews was like. That email had been sent two days ago & I received email confirmation that day. I received an automated email stating they had received an email I just had sent & that I need not to keep emailing them. I’ve since sent them the photo copied ID requested along with others documents and still no response from CHUMBA. Then received another email stating that they noticed that the account was a shared account. I’ve experienced some of the same as others, received a email stating my account was verified. I would think CHUMBA would be trying to repair their reputation…THEY’RE NOT!! I’ve read some very bad reviews & lucky I’m only $20 in the hole with this online gaming SCAM. I find it very strange that CHUMBA Reps are only responding to the 5 stars reviews on this site(RED FLAG)🚩🚩🚩.
